It was established in the year 1958 AD, under the name of the Mohammed Ahmed Jamaan Foundation, starting with the self- and pioneering efforts of Mr. / Muhammad Ahmed Jamaan, as he was able, with his dedicated and creative work, to reach this name to the prestigious commercial and industrial level that occupied and still has a high economic position in Yemen, and with his partners in all Countries with which he has distinguished trade relations such as Japan, China, Britain, Germany, France, Korea, Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Cyprus, Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt and the Emirates.

The corporation went through multiple phases. In the fifties and sixties, its successful launch and prosperity was in Aden, then in the seventies it moved to Sana’a as a main center in which it carries out its activities and expands from the rest of the republic, where it was able to achieve great achievements through its direct contribution to supplying the Yemeni market with a large proportion of its needs. Of the capital and agricultural commodities in that period, which are considered at the same time important basic structures in the process of economic development of the country, which increased the development of its annual sales volume.
